AxesFromArchiveTEntityGetEvaluator Method (EvaluatorGroup)

Gets an evaluator that can be used to find the Motion<UnitQuaternion, Cartesian> of this axes at a given JulianDate. Adds the evaluator to the EvaluatorGroup.
