The Constellation Object
The Constellation Object models a set of related objects. Select one or more of the following to model a constellation and impose constraints:
Basic Properties

| Definition | Assign and remove objects from the constellation. |
| Routing | Use a routing file to specify connection rules between objects to within the constellation as well as objects outside the constellation when the constellation is used in a chain. Routine rules can be used to exclude connections, make connection always available, or make connections use access intervals on a pair by pair basis. |
| Description | Record useful information about the constellation. |
