Description
Interface used to manage a group of observations that occurred at the same time. Used to support the IAgODProvideTrackingData interface.

 Add | Adds an observation to the observation set. |
| Clear | Clears all observations from the observation set. |
| Count | Returns how many observations are in the observation set. |
| Item | Returns the nIndex observation in the set. |
| NewElem | Creates a new observation set object. |

 Date | The date and time of the observation set. |
| JulianDay | Sets and gets the date of the observation set in Julian days. |
| MinAfterMidnight | Sets and gets the time of the observation set in minutes after midnight. |
