Purchased Licenses
To receive STK license files corresponding to your purchased AGI products, e-mail AGI Product Support at support@agi.com. In that e-mail, please include the purchase Invoice or PO number, and the machine information as follows:
- For NODELOCKED licenses, include the machine Host ID (MAC Address).
- For NAMED USER licenses, include the specific user’s login name. Since this specific user can login to up to three (3) individual workstations, on up to three (3) different networks (i.e., Classified, unclassified, etc.), then you may be submitting multiple login names for this same user.
- For NETWORKED licenses, include the server Host ID and then either the server IP Address or server Hostname. If you cannot provide the server IP Address or Hostname, that is fine. We will use a generic field that you will then edit on your end. However, we must have the server Host ID. No machine information is needed for the client workstations.
- For DONGLE and NETWORK-DONGLE licenses, no machine information is required since dongle license files are tied to the FlexID of the dongle hardware itself.
