Lists the constraints that are applied in computing the access.

| Action | Unitless | Text | The action defines how constraint satisfaction intervals affect the resulting access intervals. Options are: Include - time periods when constraint is satisfied are required for access. Exclude - time periods when constraint is not satisfied are required for access. |
