Reports angles to the target object from the base object of an access, with respect to the base object's local CBI VVLH frame (i.e., VVLH axes based on the CBI velocity of the base object).

Along Track	AngleUnit	Real Number	The apparent angle to the target, measured from the plane containing the base object's CBI velocity and perpendicular to the plane of its motion.
Cross Track	AngleUnit	Real Number	The apparent angle to the target, measured as a clock angle around the base object's CBI velocity vector. The zero reference is angular momentum vector (the vector perpendicular to the plane of motion).
Range	DistanceUnit	Real Number	The range (i.e., distance between the primary and secondary object) at the given time.
RangeRate	Rate	Real Number	The rate of change of the magnitude of the relative position vector.
