The time periods when the pointing directions (AttitudeCoverage) or grid points (CoverageDefinition) have access to the assigned assets.

| Percent Over | Unitless | Real Number | Percentage of access intervals with durations more than the reported duration. Decreases from 100% for a zero duration to 0% for the largest computed access interval duration. |
