FigureOfMerit: Selected Region Partial Satisfaction

Periods of partial satisfaction for the region currently selected via the figure of merit grid inspector. Regional partial satisfaction is defined as when at least one point in the region is satisfied. Satisfaction is defined as when a grid point achieves the defined satisfaction criteria associated with the FOM. A region must be selected from the figure of merit grid inspector to use this data provider.
