Animation Time Step Increments

Animation steps increase () or decrease () incrementally as follows:

0.01	1.00	60.00
0.005	3.00	180.00
0.10	5.00	300.00
0.10	10.00	600.00
0.50	30.00	1800.00

For instance, if you click three times, and the animation rate was originally set to the default of 60.00 seconds, the new animation rate is 600.00 seconds.
