Percent Val

Reports percent over and percent under values for a set of up to 2001 sampled times during the coverage analysis interval. All times within the coverage analysis interval are considered.

Data Provider Groups

Name	Description
All Times	FOM values from all times within the coverage analysis interval are considered.
Access Only	FOM values from times within access intervals associated with the selected point are considered.
Gaps Only	FOM values from times within access gaps associated with the selected point are considered.

Percent Over	Unitless	Real Number	Percentage of access intervals with durations more than the reported duration. Decreases from 100% for a zero duration to 0% for the largest computed access interval duration.
Percent Under	Unitless	Real Number	Percentage of access intervals with durations less than the reported duration. Increases from 0% for a zero duration to 100% for the largest computed access interval duration.
