112627 The user interface has been corrected so that central body Axes now work correctly when selected as the Reference Axes of the Precessing Spin attitude, when a Planet object of the same central body name exists in the scenario. Previously, the user interface attempted to use the selected axes from the Planet object, even though chosen from the central body. Since Planets support few Axes, the selected Axes were often not found for the Planet, resulting in default axes being used rather than the user's selection. 3D Graphics
113341 Various stability issues were identified on VMWare platforms that related to the 3D rendering of MarkerBatchPrimitive, MTOs, Solar Panel Tool, and Screenshot capabilities. These issues have been fixed. 3D Graphics

112904 In an effort to control flight path angle, the Flight Path Angle Mode was added to the SmoothTurn Basic Maneuver Strategy. The strategy default (and backward compatibility mode) is to maintain the initial flight path angle, with an option to level off. This is needed when flying a sequence of SmoothTurns due to a small buildup of numerical noise that accrues with each succeeding strategy causing flight path angle to deviate further from the original value. The strategy now actively controls the flight path angle to either maintain the initial condition or to level off with the level off acceleration controlled by the procedure Time Constant (not to exceed the performance model limits). 112182 An issue has been corrected regarding the time standard used when evaluating the ITU-R P531-13 ionospheric fading loss model. The ionospheric Total Electron Content (TEC) was previously computed at a time instance offset by roughly 69 seconds from UTC. The fix has a minor impact on the computed loss values, typically on the order of a fraction of a dB. Communications
112194 The Raised Cosine filter Roll-off Factor value minimum has been changed from 0.0% to 1.0e-7% to avoid division by zero. This may cause backward compatibility issues. Communications

The IIRVT1 reader has been corrected to read the drag area consistent with the file creation code (to treat the value of area in the file as the value in hundredths of m^2, not cm^2). 112817 At low elevation angles the MODTRAN-based table interpolation method was potentially drawing poor samples to interpolate between, but the path through the atmosphere could be geometrically reversed to provide identical transmission results with better sampling to avoid the low elevation sampling issues. 113373 EOIR is now properly listed in the unlicensed capabilities dialog that pops up when a scenario is loading containing a feature that does not have a proper license. EOIR
107322 The Ballistic propagator has been corrected when using the Fixed Apogee Alt option to define the trajectory by its apogee altitude when the launch and impact points are the same location. In this case, the inertial trajectory is part of an ellipse while the trajectory in the fixed frame looks rectilinear. General

109630 On Microsoft Windows, local time-to-UTC time conversions now use the timezone rules stored as part of the Windows operating system (in its registry). This means that local times in the future and in the past will respect the appropriate daylight savings time (DST) boundaries for the date in question.  Previously, the local-to-UTC time offset was computed as a constant value, with this constant value being used for all local-to-UTC conversions in the future and past, as if DST boundaries didn't exist. These rules in Windows are updated over time as governments update their daylight savings time decisions. General

113511 AdvCAT has been corrected to use the correct hardbody radius when an OEM or ITC file is used indirectly to specify the ephemeris of a primary or secondary satellite, that is, when it is used as part of the STKExternal propagator which is then used by (i) a Satellite in the scenario; (ii) a Satellite's *.sa file; or (iii) a propagator definition file *.pg to define a primary or secondary object. Previously, the default radius of 1.0 meter was used. Note that using an OEM or ITC file directly, by choosing it as the primary or secondary, did not suffer from this problem. General

112936 The file reader for the IIRV, IIRVT1, IIRVT9, NASAIIRV and EPV initial state formats have been updated to no longer require a blank line between lines of content (as the original spec required). 113284 The STK Attitude file reader for *.a files has been corrected when reading files that use the TimeFormat keyword in addition to the ScenarioEpoch keyword, when the value of ScenarioEpoch does not match the scenario's own epoch. Previously, the mismatch between the file's value of ScenarioEpoch and the scenario's own epoch resulted in the wrong time grid for the data. Additionally, the AttitudeTimeECFVector and AttitudeTimeECIVector formats also produced the wrong time grid because of the mismatch, even when not using the TimeFormat keyword. General Astro
113816 The load code for vehicle targeted attitude, for the targeted slew mode, has been corrected to properly set the slew mode when the mode is FixedRate. 112840 A True Course hint option was added to the Launch Procedure which can be used to improve behavior in situations when the launch direction is pure vertical and thus a True Course is not mathematically defined. Since following procedures can make use of the previous procedure's final true course in order to define the initial flight path for the following procedure, this option becomes handy to establish a desired launch direction for vertically launched vehicles. Previous versions defaulted to North, which isn't necessarily the desired trajectory.
