The Refuel / Dump tool allows you to simulate adding or removing fuel in flight during the associated procedure.
Select a Mode to define the refueling or dumping goal and enter a value for it:
- Fuel State
- Weight
- Quantity
The Disabled and Top Off options do not require you to enter a value.
The Rate field defines the flow rate at which fuel will be added or dumped. You can define a Start Time Offset to begin the refueling or dumping operation at a specific point in time after the start time of the procedure. Select the Relative to end of enroute segment check box to have the aircraft delay refueling or dumping until it has begun performing the actual procedure; for example, the holding pattern of a Holding - Circular procedure.
