Use the Stop segment to control the execution of the Mission Control Sequence by halting the run of the MCS. Select the Enabled check box to enable the segment or clear it to disable the segment for the next execution of the MCS. Besides manually changing the segment's state, you can configure a target sequence to change it during execution of the MCS.
