RBar to NM Circumnavigation RPO Sequence

The RBar to NM Circumnavigation RPO sequence initiates a Natural Motion Circumnavigation (NMC) from an RBar initial position. The RBar initial position must be at least 5 meters from the target, and all relative motion must initially be zero. Also, the satellite must initially be on the RBar or the sequence will issue an error message and stop . The NMC has an option to have a cross-track component when it crosses the VBar, but the other parameters are dictated by being initially on the RBar.

The following picture shows an NMC initiated from -1000 meters on the RBar and then propagated for one revolution.
