Set Reference Vehicle RPO Sequence

The Set Reference Vehicle RPO sequence sets the reference vehicle for the chase satellite. Generally, this should be the target satellite, but during the rendezvous phase, the reference generally is a different relative orbit than the target, such as a relative VBar position to the actual target.

Sequence parameters

Option	Description
WhoAmI	Enter, as a string, the name of the current satellite.
Reference_Vehicle	Enter, as a string, the name of the reference satellite. This changes the reference satellite to the specified satellite, and all sequences use the reference where applicable. This satellite must exist in the scenario and have sufficient ephemeris to span the interval of interest.
