License Viewer

The License Viewer provides information about product licenses installed on your system.

To launch the License Viewer, select License Viewer from the STK Help menu.

License Viewer provides the following information:

System information

Item Description
Current Machine Name The name of the machine to which the installed products are registered
IP Address The network address of the current machine
Registration ID The hard drive serial number
Host ID (MAC address) A unique identifier for a specific computer
NIC Address A unique identifier assigned to the Network Interface Card (NIC) on the current system host
Registration ID/Disk ID A unique identifier assigned to the hard disk drive on the current system host to which most licenses are tied

License servers

This information is about the server(s) providing one or more licenses to the machine running STK.

Item Description
Server

The ID of the server that is providing the license

Port The port number; default is 1055

Product licenses

The Product Licenses area provides a summary of available capabilities, the licenses required, the license status, and the account to which each capability it licensed.

Item Description
Feature The abbreviated name of the installed product
Product The full name of the installed product
Status The licensing status of the installed product
Account The corporate or user ID to which the installed product is licensed, if it has an active license
