Running side by side with previous STK releases
STK application version 13 is a new major release, and you can install it and run it concurrently with any previous STK release.
Scenario compatibility
You can open and use scenarios in the STK application version 13 that were created in versions 4.3 and later. If you save these scenarios in STK application version 13, you cannot load them back into older versions.

Migration information for STK Analyzer
STK Analyzer does not run side by side with any previous STK Analyzer release. Upgrading to the STK Analyzer 13 version prevents older versions from running.
Scenarios with Astrogator default spacecraft parameters
For the default Astrogator/HPOP satellite, the following default spacecraft parameter values changed: epoch, altitude, dry mass, fuel mass, max fuel mass, tank volume, and drag/SRP/radiation pressure area. Thus, a default Astrogator satellite in the STK application version 13 will likely have some differences in propagated ephemeris and maneuver modeling compared to a default Astrogator satellite in STK application version 12.
