Specify the rate at which the aircraft can change heading while hovering.

    MissionModeler <AircraftObjPath> Aircraft PerfModel "VTOL" "<ModelName>" SetValue HeadingRate <Value> [<Unit>]

    Description

    "<ModelName>" Enter the VTOL model name.
    <Value> Enter the aircraft's heading rate change while hovering. The minimum value is 10.0 feet/sec.
    <Unit> Enter the unit that the <Value> is entered in. The dimension type is MissionModelerAttAngleRate.
