    MissionModeler <AircraftObjPath> Aircraft PerfModel "VTOL" "<ModelName>" SetValue TranslationTransitionTime <Value> [<Unit>]

    Description

    "<ModelName>" Enter the VTOL model name.
    <Value> Enter the amount of time required to transition from another maneuvering mode to this one.
    <Unit> Enter the unit that the <Value> is entered in. The dimension type is MissionModelerDuration.
