Set the date and time for the specified procedure.

    Description

    <Index> Enter the index of the procedure to be updated.
    {Start | Stop} Specify the time to be updated.
    "<DateTime>" Enter the new date and time for the procedure.
    <Unit> Enter the abbreviation for the unit that the "<DateTime>" is entered in.
