ConnectLog

Control the state of logging commands to a file

Syntax

ConnectLog <ApplicationPath> {State} ["<FilePath>"]

Description

ConnectLog Connect command allows you to control whether all commands sent during a session are logged to a text file for future reference. {State} can be On or Off. If On, you must specify the log file. If the "<FilePath>" you specify already exists, commands will be appended to the end of the existing file. If no file exists, Connect will create a new text file with the name specified.

Values set by this command are valid for the current connection only.

Use the Edit - Preferences - Connect UI to set the values that are used by default when creating a new connection.

Examples

To have commands logged to a file:

ConnectLog / On "C:\stk\User\Connect\ConnectLog3.txt"
