Report Style: LaserCATPotentialVictimName

Reports LaserCAT settings and potential interference events during time intervals in which the object can communicate with the target, as computed by the LaserCAT tool. Vehicles are identified by SSC number and common name. Each event is a time interval for a vehicle when it is a potential victim of the communication. Each vehicle is a potential victim in that they may interfere with the communication link or be subject to interference from the communications link.
