Report Style: Launch Window Clear Intervals

Reports Launch Window tool settings and the launch time intervals where no conjunctions to any secondary vehicle occur, as computed by the Launch Window tool. A conjunction is deemed to occur if the object, having launched during that interval, would become with the specified minimum range threshold to a secondary vehicle at some later time.
