Report Style: Descending Node
Reports the time of descending node for each pass during the requested interval. If the orbit is equatorial, reports the text 'Equatorial'. If the descending node does not occur within a pass, reports the text 'Not in Pass'. This may occur during a partial pass when the requested interval doesn't start/end on a pass break, and the descending node does not occur within that partial pass.Data Provider:Passes

Column Listing
Column | Column Name | Element | Type | Dimension | Description |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Time of Descen Node | Time of Descen Node | Real Number or Text | Date | The time when the satellite is at the descending node (i.e., the Z component of the inertial position vector decreases through zero). The inertial position vector is expressed in the coordinate system specified on the pass break settings of the satellite, except that Inertial is used if the setting is Fixed. If the orbit is nearly equatorial, the value will not be computed. |
