2	Reference Frame	Reference Frame	Text	Unitless	The reference frame of the astrometric data: J2000 or ICRF.
3	Right Ascension	Right Ascension	Real Number or Text	Angle	The signed angle measured from the X axis to the projection of the position vector into the XY plane. The angle increases in the direction found by the right hand rule about the Z axis.
4	Declination	Declination	Real Number or Text	Angle	The signed angle measured from the XY plane to the position vector, where positive angles are used for locations above the XY plane, and negative for those below.
5	Proper Motion RA	Proper Motion RA	Real Number	AngleRate	The component of proper motion that is defined by the angular rate of right ascension multiplied by the cosine of declination.
