GetIcon	Framework calls the method to retrieve an icon to be used as the window icon. The implementation can return a valid pointer to a IPictureDisp object or null if a default icon should be used.
OnClosing	Framework calls the method to notify the control when the parent window is being closed.
OnSaveModified	Framework calls the method to notify the control it needs to save any pending modifications.
SetSite	Framework calls the method to initialize the embedded control by providing the pointer to the control's site object.
