Provides miscellaneous options altering the 3D renderer behavior. These options are not currently exposed through the STK user interface, and are only accessible programmatically:

• DisplayLatLonBox Property: debugging only, displays the latitude/longitude extent for the current view.
• FillPolygons Property: experimental, polygons are filled. This capability will be fully implemented in a future version. The current capability is limited and may not work in some cases.
• FlashColor Property: changes the color used to flash features.
• FlashWidth Property: modifies the width used to flash features.
• MapScaleFactor Property: Applies a factor to the current map scale to limit the number of features to render.
