Load or reload an EarthData file.
EarthData <ScenarioPath> {EarthDataOption} <Parameter>
{EarthDataOption} has the following parameters:

| EOPFile | Reload | Reload the current EOP file. |
| "<EOPFilename>" | The path and file name of the EOP file to be loaded. |
To set the EOP file to EOP_v50.dat and load it:
EarthData * EOPFile "C:\STKInstall\DynamicEarthData\EOP_v50.dat"
To reload the current EOP file:
EarthData * EOPFile Reload
If activated, Connect returns an acknowledgement message.
