Set options used when generating a report.
ReportOptions <ObjectPath> {ReportOption} <Parameters>
The ReportOptions command allows the user to set options that will be used when generating reports via connect or the gui.

| UseTimeArrayGrid {On | Off} | If On is entered then report time steps will be referenced to the scenario epoch. If Off is entered the time steps are referenced to the report start time. Setting this option On is useful if your report start time is not on a report step size boundary. |
To turn off the use of the time array grid for Satellite1 reports:
ReportOptions */Satellite/Satellite1 UseTimeArrayGrid Off
If activated, Connect returns an acknowledgement message.
