Chain: Collection of Interval Lists: StrandAccessIntervals
Reports time intervals for each strand
in a Chain that completes the chain. The report is organized into
sub-sections, where each subsection corresponds to a strand in the
Chain. If the data element "Strand Name" is not requested, then the
sub-sections will be titled using the strand name.
