FigureOfMerit: Global Total Satisfaction
Periods of global total satisfaction.
Global total satisfaction is defined as when all points in the
coverage grid are satisfied simultaneously. Satisfaction is defined
as when a grid point achieves the defined satisfaction criteria
associated with the FOM.
Type: Interval data. Intended to be used only with elements
from this same data provider.
