Satellite: CloseApproachByMinRange

The results produced by using the close approach tool, identifying vehicles that pass within a specified minimum range of the object. The data is sorted according to the minimum range. Also reports information concerning launch window blackout intervals when that capability is used.

Type: Interval data

Availability: Reports | Graphs

Name Dimension Type Description
Object Name Unitless Text The names of the secondary object involved in the close approach event.
SSC Number Unitless Integer The SSC number identifier from the TLE of an object having a close approach event.
Start Time DateFormat Real Number The start time of the event.
End Time DateFormat Real Number The stop time of the event.
Min Range DistanceUnit Real Number The range (i.e., distance between the primary and secondary object) at the time of close approach.
Min Range Time DateFormat Real Number The time at which the minimum range occurs.
Window Blackout Start DateFormat Real Number or Text The start time of a launch window blackout interval. Only valid if the launch window capability has been used. During a launch window blackout interval, the vehicle will have a close approach with some secondary vehicle if it were to be launched during that interval.
Window Blackout Stop DateFormat Real Number or Text The start time of a launch window blackout interval. Only valid if the launch window capability has been used. During a launch window blackout interval, the vehicle will have a close approach with some secondary vehicle if it were to be launched during that interval.
Window Blackout Duration TimeUnit Real Number or Text The duration of the window blackout.
Min Range Launch Time DateFormat Real Number or Text The launch time that produces the minimum range to the secondary. Only valid if the launch window capability has been used. During a launch window blackout interval, the vehicle will have a close approach with some secondary vehicle if it were to be launched during that interval.
Start Time Past Launch TimeUnit Real Number The relative time since launch time, of the start time when the earliest close approach event occurs with the secondary. Only valid if the launch window capability has been used. During a launch window blackout interval, the vehicle will have a close approach with some secondary vehicle if it were to be launched during that interval.
End Time Past Launch TimeUnit Real Number The relative time since launch time, of the stop time when the latest close approach event occurs with the secondary. Only valid if the launch window capability has been used. During a launch window blackout interval, the vehicle will have a close approach with some secondary vehicle if it were to be launched during that interval.
Duration TimeUnit Real Number The duration of the event.
Time of Min Range Past Launch TimeUnit Real Number The duration, measured from the launch time, at which the minimum range considering all secondary occurs.
