A detailed summary of the Mission
Control Sequence (MCS) for an Astrogator satellite. Gives the
segment summary report for every segment in the MCS. This includes
initial state, final state, maneuver information, and spacecraft
configuration information. Note: Only valid for an Astrogator
satellite.
