TransformWithRate Method (IAgCrdnSystem)

Epoch: Specify an epoch. The method may throw an exception if the epoch parameter specified cannot be converted to a currently selected date unit.

OutputSystem: Specify an output system.

PositionInMySystem: A position vector to be transformed from this system to the output system.

VelocityInMySystem: Specify a velocity vector to be transformed from this system to the output system.

Description

Translates the position and rate vectors from this system into the output system.
