Description
An angle between two vectors about an axis.

Remarks
The axis of rotation for the angle can be aligned with either Positive or Negative direction of the about vector. The angle is measured in the counterclockwise (or right-handed) sense about the selected direction of the axis. The range of values defined for the angle can be set either from 0 to 360 deg or from -180 to 180 deg.
