Interface implemented by an object that represents the parameters to be passed into the clutter geometry plugin Compute method.

An instance of this interface is passed as an input parameter to the %Compute:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterGeometryPlugin~Compute% method of the %IAgStkRadarClutterGeometryPlugin:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterGeometryPlugin% interface. It is the plugin's responsibility to add clutter patches to the collection returned by the %ClutterPatches:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterGeometryComputeParams~ClutterPatches% property.
