Remarks
An instance of this interface is passed as an input parameter to the %Compute:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterMapPlugin~Compute% method of the %IAgStkRadarClutterMapPlugin:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterMapPlugin% interface. It is the plugin's responsibility to modify the power of the %IAgCRSignal:AgCommRdrFoundation~IAgCRSignal% object returned by the %Signal:AgStkRadar~IAgStkRadarClutterMapComputeParams~Signal% property by the clutter coefficient.
