Purchased Licenses

To receive Ansys license file corresponding to your purchased AGI products, email AGI Product Support at support@agi.com. In that email, please include the purchase invoice or PO number and the machine information as described below:

Platform Instructions
Windows For network license, include the server Disk Serial Number and the server IP Address or hostname.
Linux For network license, include the MAC address (ID of the network card) and the server IP Address or hostname.

AGI must have the server Disk Serial Number for windows or the MAC address for Linux. If you cannot provide the server IP Address or hostname, that is fine. We will use a generic field that you will then edit on your end. When you receive the license file, we will use a placeholder in the field like "Change me" or "IP Address here" to let you know what field you need to edit.
