Parameters

minimumValue: Type: SystemDouble
The minimum required total angular rate, in radians per second.
maximumValue: Type: SystemDouble
The maximum allowed total angular rate, in radians per second.

Remarks

This constraint is ready for use with AccessComputation after being constructed using this constructor. However, before evaluating this constraint as part of an AccessQuery, it is also necessary to set the ConstrainedLink and ConstrainedLinkEnd properties.
