The factory to use to create streams to read the JPL SPK data.

The point around which Ceres is defined to orbit. This should be updated using UseForCentralBodyPositions(CentralBodiesFacet) or UseForCentralBodyPositions(CentralBodiesFacet) before being extracted to use in this constructor.
