Uses this ephemeris provider for the positions of the centers of mass of Ariel and Titania
in the specified CentralBodiesFacet instance. This also sets the
position of the UranusSystemBarycenter. This does not set the position of UranusCentralBody
unless this class is also a Ura111BspEphemerisProvider and the ura111.bsp file is used.

Remarks
To use this ephemeris provider for only the Uranus system barycenter or one of the moons, use one of the available points.
This method also calls SynchronizeOrigins on the barycenter and moons.
