Parameters

centralBody

Type: AGI.Foundation.CelestialCentralBody
The central body relative to which the elevation angle rate is computed.

minimumValue

Type: SystemDouble
The minimum required elevation angle rate, in radians per second.

This constraint is ready for use with AccessComputation after being constructed using this constructor. However, before evaluating this constraint as part of an AccessQuery, it is also necessary to set the ConstrainedLink and ConstrainedLinkEnd properties.
