CommunicationSystemGetDetailedLinkBudgetScalars Method (IServiceProvider, IntendedSignalStrategy)

Creates a set of LinkBudgetScalars for a given link and intended signal strategy. These scalars include propagation loss broken into its constituent models.

The strategy used to define the intended signal.

A set of LinkBudgetScalars.
Remarks
Note that this method calls the CreatePropagationGraph method, which performs operations that may throw exceptions.
