IEquatableEpsilonTEqualsEpsilon Method

Returns true if this instance is equal to the specified instance, within epsilon. Commonly, in order for two instances to be considered equal by this method, the absolute value of the difference between each of their constituent elements must be less than or equal to epsilon.
