A service which provides an evaluator for subdividing an ILinkService into sub-segments.

Gets an evaluator that, given a time, produces a list of distances along the link from the transmitter to the receiver which will define the sub-segments of the overall link.

Parameters:

group - The group with which to associate the new evaluator. By grouping evaluators that are often evaluated at the same Julian dates, common computations can be performed only once for the entire group instead of multiple times for each evaluator.

serviceProvider - The link to subdivide. This service provider must provide ILinkService.

Returns:

The evaluator.
