The API has been renamed from the STK Parallel Computing Plugin API to the STK Parallel Computing Desktop API to better express that these libraries can interact with STK desktop from UI plugins as well as other applications.

STK Parallel Plugin Services 1.7.0

New Features
- Added the ability to programmatically cancel a job to the STK Parallel Computing Plugin API (i.e. new IJobExecutionServiceCancelRunningJob method).
- Added a new optional property, AdditionalComputationId, to the ScenarioJob for a plugin to request a specific TaskEnvironment.
- Added a new CancelOnTaskFailure flag to ScenarioJob controlling whether to stop on the first failure or to continue and process all tasks.
Bug Fixes
- Made sure the TaskCompleted event is properly raised for failed tasks.
