This window is used to define the basic parameters of a B-Plane from a B-Plane template, and to add that B-Plane to the satellite. If you have not defined at least one template for the current scenario using the B-Plane Template Tool, there will be not be any valid selections in this window.

Select a B-Plane template from the list of available templates by clicking it. The B-Plane is described by the following fields:

| Name | Enter a name for the B-Plane or accept the default name. |
| Description | Enter a description. |
| B-Plane Template | Indicates the template from which the B-Plane will be derived. |
| Event Name | Enter a name for the event which the B-Plane will describe or accept the default name. |
| Event Epoch | Enter the epoch of the event or accept the default epoch. For more information on the options available for instance times, see Time Options |
Click OK to add the B-Plane to the satellite, or Cancel to close the window without adding a B-Plane.
