Coverage Interval
Use the Basic Interval page to specify the time period over which coverage is computed.
To ensure accurate results, the time periods that you set for the assigned assets should be within the coverage interval.
The default interval for the Coverage Interval is the scenario Analysis Interval which corresponds to the scenario's time period. To override the default select an option from the dropdown button next to the Coverage Interval field.
- Use Scenario Interval - The scenario Analysis Interval which corresponds to the scenario's time period.
- Interval Component... - Opens the Select Time Interval dialog allowing for the selection of available time intervals.
- Replace With Times - Converts time components to their specific times. This option breaks the link to the time component.
- Start Time
- Set to Today - References the current date and time based on your computer's internal clock. The current date and time are updated each time the scenario is opened.
- Set to Tomorrow - References 24 hours after the current date and time based on your computer's internal clock. The date and time are updated each time the scenario is opened.
- Time Component... - Opens the Select Time Instance dialog allowing for the selection of available time instances to be used as the Start Time.

- Select Date... - Displays a calendar that allows you to select a start date. The time does not change.
- Set Animation Time - Sets the current animation time to the time displayed.
- Set Animation Start Time - Sets the animation start time to the time displayed.
- Format... - Format the selected units of measure using the Format Dialog.
- Units - Select from the list of available time units.
- Stop Time
- Set to Today - References the current date and time based on your computer's internal clock. The current date and time are updated each time the scenario is opened.
- Set to Tomorrow - References 24 hours after the current date and time based on your computer's internal clock. The date and time are updated each time the scenario is opened.

- Select Date... - Displays a calendar that allows you to select a stop date. The time does not change.
- Set Animation Time - Sets the current animation time to the time displayed.
- Set Animation Start Time - Sets the animation start time to the time displayed.
- Format... - Format the selected units of measure using the Format Dialog.
- Units - Select from the list of available time units.
If accesses have already been computed and you change the access interval, STK recomputes the accesses as needed. You can prevent STK from recalculating access every time a change is made by setting options in the Advanced page.
