New Scenario Wizard
The New Scenario Wizard dialog is designed to help streamline the process of creating, saving, and organizing scenario files.
Name - STK automatically inserts a default name into the Name field. Replace the default scenario name if desired. The scenario will be saved in a directory with this name, and all associated scenario files will also include this name by default unless you change it when saving.
Description - Add a description of the scenario. Once the scenario is saved, this information becomes the scenario's long description and will appear in the Open File dialog when the scenario file is selected.
Location - This field displays the default location where the directory, scenario, and associated files will be created when the scenario is saved. Click to browse to the location where the scenario is to be saved. It will remain the default location until changed by browsing to another location using the browse button.
Start/Stop - Set the start and stop times of the analysis period of the scenario. Click once inside the start or stop times to insert the cursor at that location. Double-click to select a section of the time entry. Click three times to select the entire time entry. Click the drop-down arrow () to display a drop-down menu of available times, dates, formats, and units.

Select the "Do not show me this again" check box to prevent the New Scenario Wizard window from appearing when creating new scenarios. The window can be activated again by selecting Edit > Preferences... from the Menu Bar and selecting the check box in the Behavior section of the General Preferences dialog that says: 'Use "New Scenario" wizard when creating Scenarios'.
You can also use New and Open on the File menu to create a new scenario or open an existing scenario.
