Supported Coordinate Systems

Click the name of the frame for its description.

The VGT Central Body Frame list is not exhaustive. For a complete list of VGT central body frames, go to the Vector Geometry tool in Analysis Workbench and select a specific primary or secondary body or an object on a particular central body. All supported VGT components, including reference frames, will be displayed for your selection.

Y* - The Inertial frame for the Earth and the Sun is ICRF; these bodies do not have a separate system named Inertial.
YYYY** - ITRFYYYY refers to a set of ITRF frames specified by a four-digit year (e.g., ITRF2020, ITRF2014, ITRF2000, etc.). When the central body is Earth, these frames are available for import and export of external data but not for reporting. For a list of specific ITRFYYYY frames that STK supports, see the text file ITRFDefns.txt located in C:\ProgramData\AGI\STK 12\DynamicEarthData.
